Where we ship

  • United States: We ship to the contiguous U.S. (48 states).

  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, PO Boxes: Batteries and complete e-bikes cannot ship to PO Boxes or air-only destinations due to hazmat rules. Small, non-hazardous items may be eligible—contact us before ordering.

  • International: Not available at this time.

Processing times

  • Orders placed Mon–Sat before 12:00 pm PT typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-orders/backorders ship as noted on the product page.

Shipping methods & carriers

  • E-bikes & large items: Ship via LTL freight or ground with appointment and/or adult signature required.

  • Batteries & electrical components: Ground only (hazmat compliant)—no air service.

  • Small parts & accessories: UPS, FedEx, or USPS (method selected at our discretion for best speed/reliability).

Rates & free shipping

  • Rates are calculated per product at checkout based on item type, weight/dimensions, destination, and carrier rules.

  • E-bikes ship via ground/freight; batteries ship ground only (hazmat).

  • Any promotions or exclusions will be shown at checkout.

  • Local pickup (Anaheim, CA) is free when selected at checkout.

Order tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Freight deliveries may include a carrier call/text to schedule delivery.

Local pickup (Anaheim, CA)

  • Free in-store pickup is available at:
    Best Bike Corp – 1300 N. Kraemer Blvd, Anaheim, CA

  • We’ll email when your order is “Ready for pickup.” Please bring ID and your order confirmation.

  • Unclaimed pickup orders may be canceled after 7 days.

Delivery issues (loss, damage, incorrect items)

  • Damaged/Wrong item: Inspect upon delivery. Report issues within 7 days with photos at contact@bestbikecorp.com and your order number—we’ll arrange replacement/parts.

  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days (ground) or 3+ days after scheduled delivery, contact us to open a carrier trace.

Address changes & undeliverable packages

  • Before shipment: Email us ASAP; we can usually update the address if the order hasn’t been fulfilled.

  • After shipment: Reroutes/intercepts may incur a carrier fee (charged to the customer).

  • Returned to sender/Refused: Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable (except our error); reshipment requires payment of new shipping charges.

Split shipments

To get you items faster, we may ship multiple packages. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

Signature & adult recipient

  • E-bikes and high-value orders may require an adult signature. If no one is available, the carrier will reattempt per their policy.

Hazmat & compliance (e-bike batteries)

  • Lithium-ion batteries ship ground only in compliant packaging. We cannot expedite by air.

  • Some addresses (remote islands, territories, military mail) are ineligible.

Holiday & peak season

During major holidays or peak periods, processing and carrier transit times may be extended. We’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping costs on returns

  • For return eligibility and costs, please see our Refund & Returns Policy. In general, original shipping is non-refundable, and return labels for change-of-mind returns may be deducted from refunds.
