Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking.
Requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for refund.
Condition & Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must be new, unused, and in original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

Parts & Accessories

Batteries & Electrical Components

Return Shipping

You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.

Returns without an approved RMA may be refused.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

If requested, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the shipping cost from the refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (following this policy) and place a new order.
Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after inspection.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Damage, Defect, or Wrong Item
Inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos or video of the issue
We will evaluate the claim and provide a replacement, parts, repair support, or refund as appropriate.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store purchases are considered final sale.
Refunds are not provided for items purchased in person unless required by applicable law.
We provide warranty support consistent with manufacturer terms.
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item as appropriate.

Misuse or neglect

Physical damage after delivery
Installment & Financing Orders (Affirm & Shop Pay Installments)
If you paid using Affirm or Shop Pay Installments:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method provider (Affirm or Shop Pay Installments).

The financing provider will adjust your remaining balance or refund paid installments according to their terms.

Partial refunds will reduce the remaining balance or future payments accordingly.

If your order is canceled before shipment, the financing authorization will be voided or fully refunded.
Continue making scheduled payments until you receive confirmation from Affirm or Shop Pay Installments that your refund has been processed and your balance adjusted.
Processing times and financing terms are governed by Affirm or Shop Pay Installments and may differ from standard credit card refunds.

Pack Securely
Use original packaging whenever possible.
Include all accessories and the RMA number inside the package. -

Inspection & Refund
Once approved after inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Restocking & Deductions
We do not charge a standard restocking fee for returns that meet all conditions above.
However, deductions may apply if:

Packaging is damaged

There are signs of use that reduce resale value
We will notify you before processing any adjusted refund.
Warranty & Support
Manufacturer warranty terms apply to e-bikes and components.
Warranty does not cover:

Misuse or neglect

Improper assembly
-
Unauthorized modifications

Normal wear items (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, etc.)
